Datahosters comments

Does anyone have any good/bad comments about datahosters.com ? I've been thinking about signing up for them as my primary host.
Any input would be appreciated.

I just recently changed to them. They are a new hosting company. I don't think their online support materials are very thorough as I had to ask some basic questions that were not covered in their signup email/FAQs (e.g. questions such as email setup, perl path, etc).

But I can tell you this - they are probably the best company I have ever worked with for technical support. Answers within minutes sometimes. This compliment is not to be taken lightly as I have worked with _a lot_ of hosting companies in my 'real life' job and none come close to this.

Why you have others that charge near what we do and they are good. I prefer not to jump in and say we are good i wanted to let clients speak their opinions on our service.

Its their opinion of us that matter most and if someone was not happy we will do our very best to make them happy. If you have any questions Niki you can contact me on ICQ or email sales @ datahosters.com i will get bck to you ASAP.

We are not cheap because we offer shit service and yes we are a new service working hard to provide the best solutions we can for our customers.

BTW i shop at Costco wholesale and i buy 2 times the amount for 1/3 less and i get the same great products i would get elsewhere. So thats kinda how we work our pricing you buy more you pay less and you save money period. ;)

Data host Rocks !! I have had a number of hosts (still have a few others) all my sites will end up on data host servers at some point. Service is # 1. They have gone above the call of duty for me. Thanks all at datahost. :D
