The big ones which also give you a complete affiliate program are :
ibill.com , ccbill.com , globill.com

ibill suck ass
globill are fair
ccbill rocks

we have had some problems with ccbill, but part of the problem may be our server. overall i would recommend ccbill of those three.

jettis also has a very good rep. a lot of big companies use epoch, but imo they are not very concerned with smaller programs.

Honey,

Forget about ccbill, went nine days with no signups due to an insider doing some rerouting.

Forget about ibill, went to them after ccbill, went okay I added a new site to my acct. and no signups for 5 days and they can't run tests on their site. You have to do it with YOUR credit card. And tons of chargebacks!

Globill, just signed up with them about seven days ago and had 70 signups! Go with globill, only drawback, no 24 hr cust serv. Only email support, but they are fast and avail from about 7am to 10pm EST for phone.

Hope this helps!
