rb4 question

Yesterday I bought rb4 and I have a few question.
1. What is the best way to trade? on productivity, on uni. or whatever?
2. Should I force hits to the trades, cause with cj u l t r a I forced about 30 hits/hour to some trades.
3. When I look at the traffic for the day, right behind the trade there are 2 collums. What are those.

1. For a TGP i'd say unique/unique, for a CJ on prod. or mess around a bit with the offset.

2. yes, force hits to your good trades or new trades ... anyway, normally the trade should stay alive without forcing.

3. IN OUT = in and out for the past 24 hours
CLK = clicks the past 24 hours
H_IN H_OUT = in and out for the past 60 minutes
MIN_T = hourly force
...

What does

FS mean?
Adj means?
Off means?

I'm guessing Off means offset, but what is it based on? like trade unique at 130% and off of 20 would do what?
