Hi there! Im looking for someone to provide me a dialer that pays on a HIGH RATE per call basis...I would also like to be able to import stats to my dbase so that I could share the records with others...

Pooky, why do you want such a program?

paying per call will have a term that says "each call must last longer than x minutes".

If they did not, then i'd be dialing 1 minute USA 900 calls, and making my $8 per call or something.

Actually "drop charge" 900 numbers that pay x amount per call bill the person 18 seconds after the call is placed.

The 18 seconds is required by law to be free so that a "preamble" stating the price of the call etc can be said.

Dialers don't need a voice preamble, but the first 18 seconds are free.....always. A modem handshake usually takes around this long.

I want it to sell memberships to my site...only costs 10 bucks to get one...so I thought a dialer would be cool for that.

i thought you wanted one of these new gib dialers which pay the affiliate webmaster a flat rate per USA call.

(basically the same usual dialer, just a new way to shave a few extra bucks, imo).

Ya web900 is pretty cool....but does it scrub from USA callers only?? I want a more wider solution like the dialer....flat rate dialers in particular....

Actually the new GIB dialers pay the webmasters a flat rate and give the surfer 30 days of access for only $35 bucks.

my mistake again then, i thought it was just an marketing thing "get paid $8 per USA call, for each call", not a system like web900.

Pooky, 900 is USA only. A lot of other countries (european for eg) have the per minute billing, but not the "big" charges like you can do with 900#s.

ie, in the UK @ £1/min, you'd have to have them conntected for 20 minutes to charge them £20.

You are looking for a Dialer? Supported by a Company that Pays what they say and when they say, Give you everything to trace and track your minutes real time stats and no bullshit like shaving minutes and the like of some companies I have used in the past.
