Any installs other then what we do at the beginning..

I just want to let you guys know, up to now we have NEVER charged for tech support. Advanced or novice http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif I guess thats one of the reasons our customers love us so much.

So, if I have a server with you.. and EVERY time I want something installed you will do it free and have it working right? hehe.. sure if you only have one server that you host.

Come back and say that when you are hosting 200..

Currently we have about 75 servers in our NOC, and seem to manage just fine.

That wasn't the question.. yes if we have a server go down we will fix it.. No charge.

I said.. if I have a server with you and I want to install programs other then what is installed from the start.. you will do it for free? Any time.. as much as I want? It will be done right?

That is my point.. if that is the case.. I will be over to sign up tonight.. use the box as a test box.. and you can install all the software for me. =)

Yo TwinTone:

50 gig of transfer included per month...

Does this mean that you only include 50 gig on all Dedicated plans?

Rgs Mr Woody.

As of right now. All our dedicated servers include 50 gig of transfer free. After that it is $1.75 per gig. You can use 3000 gig if you would like. =)

Was that what you were wondering? Or was the question do you get only 50 gig of transfer per month period?

If you have more questions.. feel free to contact me.

Actually yes we install all software for free, as well as provide free tech support, are you dense man?

I mean of course this is to a reasonable point, but I will tell you we have not ever had the need to turn someone down, for free tech support http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif Everyone has been reasonable.

TwinTone

Far from dense.. we pretty much have done everyting for free so far.. few people have gotten out of control and wanted too much..

And have been more then willing to pay the money for the installs..

You ever setup webalizer with DNS lookup? Its a bitch..
