I usually go right to the upstream.. look up their phone number and call them. Every time I have done this, they have killed the site on the spot.

The other ways are good as well, I just think its faster when I take things into my own hands.

that site is dead today, i feel much better :)

but it is sad, this site will have sure other address tomorow... :(
