Refund & Charge Back Percentage ??

Hello all,
Just Would like to know how many
Rufund & Chage Back you have per month?
I use iBill as the Main CC Processor
and i have about 9% per month for the last 6 months,5 % for the last 3 months.
and 5% on Dec :(
but i have 0 % on CCbill.

Using Globill I have 0.55% chargeback.

all depends on how much they scrub the cards - etc..

iBill also lets ANYONE charge back! If you read GloBill's policy on chargebacks, they charge the consumer $17 or so to authorize the chargeback. Non-refundable..... Good way to keep down the charge backs! And they dont scrub NEARLY as hard as the other processors!!!!!
