I have redone my site in flash to see how it will run.
Anyone who have some comments on it or suggestions??

OUCH :(
try resizing the browser window with your
mouse.... makes your site unreadable.
btw, I run at 1024x768 and was resizing since you have the auto-full screen java
code in your html.
might be ok resized using 800x600 ?
I dunno

"flash is a no no for anysite"
You obviously have not done high end flash 5 stuff in an e-commerce environment. Yes, it is all in how you do it but I can tell you for professional experience, Flash 5 rocks.
I would not do a whole site in flash, just bits and pieces. But if done right, the results are far superior.
But hey, who cares. Screw flash. More for me.

A bit slow and a bit blurry. Maybe less bells and whistles and more "definition" would help

Whatever you are doing with the resizing is not working. I run at 800 by 600, like the majority of surfers and I can't see any of the text on your banners because it is all squished. You have the width and heighth settings screwed up in Flash.
Under html publish settings, I would get rid of the percentages and change it to "match movie" or to a specific pixel size. You don't want the screen resizing to match the window size or it will be unreadable, like it is for me.

Just a few more constructive things:
If you're using flash, why not put a little animation at the top? Otherwise there's not really any reason to use it.
The email webmaster link at the bottom needs to be fixed so the "hit" area is bigger.
Also, search engines hate flash. They won't find any of your links. Maybe not the best idea to use for the whole site. Maybe have your gallery links done in html.

You might get ideeas for some cool animation from my site here (http://www.cybermedia.home.ro)
There is no point in using flash if the page looks exactly as a HTML page.
Try to shock the surfer somehow. Your CTR will grow much bigger this way.
