Please tell me if you think there is something unusual going on with these IP´s.

I have a trade going with my site www.indianparadise.net (http://www.indianparadise.net) and another site http://www.absolute-asia.com/ for about 2k/daily but I fucking cant get my site up on his links no matter how much I click on his site. Looks like he only has 2-3 traders in his UCJ script as there is only 2-3 trade sites coming up between his galleries and my site is NOT one of them. What do you think?? Cheater??
