Create folders at Bestsexhost???

Hi I signed up for a ars freehost account, does anyone know why I cant create folders via ftp?
In the welcome mail I got it said my site was located at:
http://www.bestsexhost.net/account/
I logged in via tfp..and wanted set up folders like this:
fx.
http://www.bestsexhost.net/account/niche/galleries/1.htm

Ect. why is this not possipple?
I have seen links like this on different tgps.

The method that they have used for allowing ftp, could have some bugs in it which doesn't give you the permission to create folders. It can be caused by wrong ownership of the directory than the user you login with.

I cant even upload a index file to the root..550/index.html: permission Denied..weird

You have to create a site when you log into your account through ARS.

Stan, im not a beginner..I have read the stuff with creating sites..but i have seen urls where there was not sub domain like tranny.bestsexhost.com/sitename/

why did i get the mail with my the info about my site located at:
http://www.bestsexhost.net/account/
sounds odd..
the thing with creating sites in the FAG sounds more like something for freesite builders? Im just interested in a place for the ARS gallereries.
