that is brutal,
Maybe some of you guys will now learn not to trust and try any host that just pops out of no where ???

Just hate the uploading, and don't have all the stuff in one place so it's going to take about 1-2 days without any productive work but just recovering, uploading, changing script parameters

But I cannot imagine and don't even think that THEY did it, it must have been hacked or something. I don't expect to get an answer from themselves soon (as I couldn't get any within the last days of downtime trouble) but I contacted them of course.

Anyone know onlineexit.com? That is where the traffic is beeing redirected to.

You have been having so many problems and you still did not move?

Not yet.. but certainly was actively seeking (and at the same time waiting for how the situation would evolve at techiemedia, wasn't 100% sure to move yet because the deal was sweet for the amount of domains I have etc... simply dirt cheap and good connectivity)

But this is some interesting shit, I'd really like to know what happened. The site where the traffic goes to is NOT hosted at techiemedia. I think there was some hacking going on, but then other clients on the same server should have been affected as well, or why would they choose just my sites lol?

Maybe it's because you're the only one always bitching about them http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

They do indeed have a very sweet deal with very low bandwith plans and multiple domains. Good for webmasters building low quality traffic feeder sites like myself.

Keep me posted about them!

lol you're assuming they did it and still considering them?

i had a friend who had hosting that used to occasionally redirect sites to their money-making popup hell. just for an hour or two, it seemed.

your stuff would be there, but your domain would point to his shit.

If that is the reason then they are doing it longer than just 1-2 hours, at least http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Hey bigdog, dynamite, TwinTone
and others hosting on techiemedia.com let me know if YOUR sites are NOT being redirected I feel like beeing the only one http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif

My site is up. Although, it was down for some time yesterday. I just signed up with techie last week. I sure hope they are just having temporary problems.

Sure I hope, too, I'm not into moving hosts every 2 weeks at all http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif just looks curious from my side ya know, my account is completely deleted (I can still login through ftp) plus I get a redirect to a big fat and fast console hell no matter which of my domains I try. I checked my registrar account at bulkregister and everything looks o.k., the domains still pointing to the right nameservers (those of techiemedia).

Hmmm - and no one else beeing redirected other than me?

If someone hijacked my domains the whois would show different nameservers (thos of the thief) wouldn't it?

I'm not sure what that is. When my site was down, nothing came up. My files are still there and everything, and the page wasn't re-directed or anything. Did you try to icq their tech-support? Very strange! Not good!

I have No Problems there at all... I don't get it

Mine aren't redirected anymore as of now but plain down again.

Which I like better than getting redirected to a console hell because I have free sites and the directories where they are listed won't the consoles a lot, just beeing down is reasonable, at least.

what's one of your domains? i'm curious about this (but i am not affiliated with techiemedia). maybe its a dns issue or something. if you dont want to post the dom here shoot me an email.
