Please tell me you are here!
I already mailed my contact person at ccbill but replies always take ages http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/frown.gif
I think someone hacked an affiliate acount and changed the password. I got 3 mails that my password was changed and i cant log in anymore.
Could you take a look at it?
Can i mail you? If so whats your mail?
Thanks.

If it's an account that hasn't generated a sale in 90 days then we've archived them in order to speed up the accounting runs.

If you want it turned back on, or it's been incorrectly turned off, then by all means email me and I'll get it straightened out -- I don't know what the parameters they set were when they did the cut, so there may be some that shouldn't have been removed --

Anybody have kimmy's mail?
This is making me really nervous and kimmy seems to be the only one at ccbill that bothers to reply.
Its a shame that such a big company has such a bad customer service.

settle down sailor. Hacked account info is easily repaired. besides that, its not like CCbill will wire them your money in the morning.

Well sorry stud but if an affiliate account is fucked up, hacked or not i want action to be taken. Money is a serious matter to me and i simply want customer support. Im sure if some big player's 5k a day account was messed up it would be fixed within the hour. I simply dont feel like waiting 5 days for a reply thats why i ask Kimmy. I already mailed a contact person of mine and an old contact person but previous experiences show that those mails simply dont get answered and if they do it takes 5-7 days.

Oh richard, you are a bitch http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif

I think I better check my profile and make sure it's got my email in it here --

Nothing was hacked, did I say hacked? We archived inactive accounts to make the accounting runs shorter and there may have been some that were archived that either weren't inactive or people still plan to use -- all you have to do is let me know http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif

Then save your rantings for normal business hours instead of expecting a reply in the middle of the night. http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif

Whats your point 12clicks?
I did mail them before i asked Kimmy and didnt get an answer. I just was after Kimmy since a normal email to their support doesnt have effect. And i was afraid this was gonna take days as usual. I have to say my contact person did contact me yesterday and apologized she couldnt reply earlier.
Stay off my back man, i just asked Kimmy if she could help me and couldnt find her email addy. I like to see how calm you stay if an account suddenly stopped working and you get 3 weird mails that the pass was changed and you know you probably wont get answered soon.

Anyway, thanks Kim.

12clicks is partly right, e-mail is not always the best way to get quick answers... unless you go directly to one's mailbox like going straight to kim..

otherwise, you could be part of the 100-200 e-mails they get per day and read only when they have free time...

We've got alot of people reading that dump inbox mag, and we track every support request -- sometimes things do fall thru the cracks tho, I know the csr's for the most part are a good crew http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif
