I need cheap hosting for galleries! Please suggest!

I've never tried to tgping on paid host so I have a limited ammount of money to try it. Don't want to jump on high quality host right now.

Any had an experience with those buck-a-gig hosts for tgp? Are they worth to start with?

What do you want to pay? $1.00 a gig? I know of one site that hosts just under $1.00 per gig. But I have heard they aren't too great.
