Automatic thumbs + html page

I need something that can make life easier... :-)<br /><br />I have about 40 folders with 100 pics in each. <br /><br />I need a , something, that can automatically, create a thumbs folder, add thumbs , and make a html page in main folder...<br /><br />Thanks :-)
