I just installed the new CJ Pro 1.10x3 to my site www.nude-celebs.tv (http://www.nude-celebs.tv) using the root domain feature. I changed the URL in the configuration to index2.html like I'm supposed to, CHRMOD' everything right, uploaded index.cgi and changed my main page URL to index2.html and CHRMOD' it as well... Then whenever I went to nude-celebs.tv/ all I got was the index of the site because there was no index.html... when I went to index.cgi I got an apache error... anyone know what the problem may be?

Problem might be with your Apache configuration.
Try to create .htaccess file in your root directory, and write in this file something like that:

Options Indexes ExecCGI
DirectoryIndex index.cgi index.htm index.html

Not sure if this will help, but you can always try http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif

Yea you need CGI wrap enabled.. Talk to your host about it http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif

Yeah that's what I was thinking Toker... Unfortunately, most of you guys are much smarted than the techs at my host... If it weren't for the unbeatable price I'd be gone. "Filthy stinking bastards."

Well thats why you come to us for advice right? http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Dont feel bad though many hosts are all the same they dont think outside of the box. They think their cheap prices make them a valuable service to customers but eventually they learn service and knowledge is the key.
