where to buy traffic for my cj site?

Hmmmm, I always made cj sites to feed my free/TGP sites that fed my paysites. Generally cj traffic is easy to get since you can use almost every trick in the book to get it. I wouldnt recommend buying traffic for a cj site that will eventually go nowhere anyway.
