Whats going on with TGPs?

I find every day my tgps designs keep getting worse and worse and send out is just harder to send out! This never happened until the NYC attack.. anyone else see this ?

This is strange to me .. traffic , productivity, send out ect keep going crazy!! I am getting really pissed off with this :)
