Hi all,

I am going to setup a offshore account in the near future. But I still have some questions regarding this topics, can anybody help?

(1) There are many countries that can setup a offshore account, like BARBADOS, BELIZE, NIUE, BVI and PANAMA. Does any body know which one is more safe? Ara all of them allow adult business?

(2) Will people easily check who's the director of the company?

(3) How about liability? In case you get a lawsuit, will you personally responsible for that? Or just the company responsible for that?

You should never do this on your own. Talk to an accountant or lawyer that does offshore matters. If you mess up even one document, you can lose access to your money until things get cleared up. Its not worth the risk usually, get a pro to do it.

Honestly i dont think you are very intelligent to consider opinions from a BBS when making decisions like that period.
