OK, I think the first Topic is getting too long, so let's start a new clean one:
It looks like that a system to edit all pictures or to put all pictures into some database would be too much work. It will never be possible to track each and every image for copyrights, so let's concentrate on something that HELPS against the flood of new hit-and-run webmasters. They will think twice about jumping into the adult-sector if they have to spend some innitial-cash to get traffic.
The idea of a Membership System seems to be the most realistic one. Let's say TheHun/Al4A/Worldsex/JJJ/ect. require a login for their posting-pages. A Login that you can buy for 1 month or 3 months at a price of 70-100$ per month. 70 bucks are 2 signups, easy to get from a month of posting. The TGPs have referer codes to the Password-Site and make 50% of all sales if they send a webmaster. This could help to establish the system, they have work to do, so let's pay for it.
If a newbee sees that he has to spend $100 to post a gallery on this page, he will search for other spots where it's free. But if all the big traffic machines, the big TGPs use that system, he's out of bizz and the paying webmasters have the chance for faster and better listings.

Same story with the Trading Scene. If you protect your signup pages with a Webmaster Password, only the real webmasters will signup.

I'll talk to some of the big TGPs later today and ask them to come in here and give us their feedback. What do you say about the prices/percentages and so on ? I'm sure I missed several aspects.

Maybe the complete money that comes into the password-site should be given out to the webmaster who reffered the signup. Could help even better to establish this system. The TGP owners and Traders could run a mix-period of 4 weeks where non-paying webmasters and paying webmasters are accepted and switch after 4 weeks to the new system.
It may sound uncool for gallery posters to spend cash for something that they get for free. But this will pay out x-times in the long term because the number of posts will go down and leave them alone on the cash-machine.

Now you should pay to suply free content to TGP's?
You say the webmasters that send the "signups" get 50% where will the rest end up?
If you are going to pay for posting galleries it will give gurantied listings right?
What about free hosts. Can TGP owners participating in this system blacklist a free host? If yes will you get a refund if the freehost is blacklistet?

It would be a program for serious webmasters I guess, not free hosters whose sites get redirected either by themselves or the free host operator. Why not just have a 1 time charge to get the user/pass instead of paying each month? Much better to have a system where you pay for guarenteed traffic...

What if.... ?

The content providers gave the buying webmaster a unique (50 digit) code. When buying new content !

Then all we need is a joint DB of all the Unique Codes, let the webmaster enter this code into the submit form (Which will check the DB)

This "Could" work.... but what about all the content we´ve allready bought ? would the providers go back and send the codes to every webmaster who have ever bought something from them ? I´m afraid not.... So ?

The option Killah mentions, i´m afraid won´t stop the thiefs anyway. You know ? "If it´s Illegal, it´s more fun" Sad but true, in many cases, for some people... We need to make it virtually impossible to submit with stolen content....

Could help even better to establish this system". If you submit a good gallery that fits all rules of the TGP, you normally get listed. If the TGPs only take submissions from those webmasters that have an ID, the CHANCE to get listed is way higher. I guess there will never be a garantee unless you don't buy a listing spot for a complete month. With or without. Don't forgot what the goal of the system is. Not to get TGP-Listings, but to keep away those 16 year old porn-posters that suck the cash out of this bizz. This is not a new TGSW or something.
Self-Regulation is the keyword. Guess why you can't go into a forest and blow the heads of 14 bears away... Because there wouldn't be ANY bears anymore if some people didn't decide that it would be cleverer to regulate the system and still have bears in 200 years. Better blow away 1 bear a year than 20 bears at one day and then never again.
