Good morning,
Before you ask why I write this .. I started a small CJ2 site ~1 week ago to send some 404 etc. traffic to it and this morning I saw that a new "webmaster" joined .. I donīt want to post the domain here but this domain is alredy on a "CJ Trading Request" forum on a well know board :o(
That his site had more onjoin TopList popups and Exit popups then my IE could handel shouldnīt be more then a "click the remove and blacklist button" problem but I had to saw that he had some .. underage .. thumbnails and photos on the site to get traffic. Not one of these 18 years old girls which still look like they are 14 .. childs which are at least 4-5 years old. After I wanted to see who his host is (dns server first) I had to see that I got redirected from the "host site" to a pay site where I had to read this:
"only for members
The most young and hot girls 4-11 y.o. only on my site! My name is Denis and I'm interested in photos of very young girls for a long time. Recently I have decided to make this site to facilitate life to all fans of tiny little girls. I started to collect these photos in 1997. Some models look very sexually. "
In fact this domain is realy at least since over a year online. On that "adult site" site the users can join for "only" $39.95 for 1 month or $29,95 for 2 weeks. In the last years i saw on news groups or some sick toplists a few of "young" photos .. but a paysite with also a webmaster referal program (3rd party payment system) ?! Where is the end of this crap ?!?
Since a mail from my company to his hoster or to the webmaster itself (he joined with a mail.ru address and icq uin) I am sure wouldnīt help .. please give some ideas what you would to or what can be done ? To take the sites "offline" with some uncommon methods would work but I donīt think its a solution to fight against a illegal site with illegal systems. I also posted this message on another big webmaster board so donīt get confused or slap me if you read it twice today. I think its a real problem for the real adult buisness and the new surfers out there ..
Thank you already and have a "nice" day

Thats a example quote from the 2nd paysite they offer .. of course with 60% webmaster refer system:
"Don't be surprised if, you find photos of your next door neighbors daughter having her tiny pussy or bottom unmercifully penetrated by her school teacher, or with her sweet little mouth learning to lick and suck your friends penis. These are extreme pictures of little girls first venture in to sex with older men!"

thx toker but such "report" pages are several avaible - i donīt think that they can change too much since thousands of cp sites get reported to these pages

Well the US Customs has setup a special task force and there are a few others who can and well do something.

Also since you say they have a webmaster referal program drop a not to.

Just to put some heat on the situation drop another not to. http://www.missingkids.com/

The big issue with other sites is most dont have content and are toplists or Circle Jerks so theres not much anyone can do. Howerver when you find real images then action can be taken and be legaly used against them to build a real case.

thank you toker - for the urls above
on the url is a cj system (in another directory) as i said - thats why i checked their frontapge and on this mainpage and on the 2nd page i found from them is also a paysite - between 29,95-39,95 a month incl the webmaster system (billcards.com backend).
Since they have example pictures on both mainpages (no warning page) and also write about the age of the childs I hope there can be done something. Their hosting provider wrote that in their TOS so I am not sure if they will "help":
"You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not XSite Hosting/Genesis II, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post or otherwise transmit via the Service. XSite Hosting does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable."

that TOS is a crock of shit and will never hold up. They do that to deter you bitching about them however the feds dont give a shit what the TOS says on anyone site. They are imfamous for even walking into an ISP and eather trking the server into custody or cloning the drive on site. They dont have computer forensic or however you spell it investigators and pay them hugh bucks for the hell of it.
Im dealing with the same ISSUE for a site that no longer shows the content but does forced consoles into illegal content. I have been to ASACP and the norm but now i am letting the host know to eather pull it down or i go to the feds.
You can be sure the media would also eat any host alive for such things. Maybe give word to a local news center if you dont get a justified action quick enuff.
Corps seem to fear the media more then uncle sam. http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif

There is only 1 or 2 main billing companies involved with CP sites. If we can shut these down, it may be a start.

Hello again,
I am very happy to say that both websites I talked about in this post are down since this morning. After I got the abuse contact address through a talk with their hosting company I wrote them a kinda long email where i added their urls, servername, quote from an example text etc etc. and got the following answer today from them (within ~15 hours):
"Genesis II Networks Adult Division , Xsite Hosting , does NOT allow illegal content
and will not tolerate this type of abuse. We are shutting down these client's servers
until they are brought under compliance and pay a hefty fine for violation."
I know that you will say now that there are still thousands around but I donīt think or better I donīt hope that there are soo many CP >pay sites< around.
This mail gave my day a great start so thank you all for your support and have a nice day ;o)

To shut him down is really not enough. He should find his way into a nice small jail cell.
Contact Cliff at wwww.shavenferret.com. He has a list of law enforcement agencies throughout the world that will go after cp.
If an ISP shuts him down, he will just open at another from his backups.

Yea i have a list too big deal especially now that they are down you wont find them for a while anyway now. Its not a matter of chasing down this guy tell eternity its a matter of the message this sends out to others. Once they tell their pals how they got busted and shit this puts heat on their industry and many will take cover for a while.
Like shane suggested its getting the billing companys that is needed however some coutries dont see this as illegal and protect them. I know there have been many many many attempts to shut down sunbill but guess what 8 months after i tried myself they are still in biz and doing very well obviously.
Its never going to go away but we can continue to put fear in the webmasters and show them we care. Maybe even save 1 kid from rape or torture ect.. That makes it worth the time that went into geting these 2 sites taken down. I also think the host deserves an A+ for doing so unlike many who care more for the cash then humanity.

silvertree - thank you for the url
toker - I hope you are right but I think there can be done way more .. I am sure that a lot of big webhosting companys, like this one which worked with me, host CP sites (free or even pay). These companys pay thousands or ten thousands a month sometimes for advertising on the web, newspapers, magazines etc. to get a good "name". Even if a company would say that they donīt kick this client since that client is to big or they just ignore the reports and calls a articel on certain sites can change realy a lot .. only an idea.
I think there can be more done then just talk about it or "collect" the urls.

donīt get the last post wrong .. I donīt say to badmouth a company ! I would go to curt if someone would do that with me. I saw that if they donīt coperate and you say you can do that thats often already enough. If you ten write a articel or a website would be avaible where such articles are published for the newspapers etc. - that would be better then any "internet police" which canīt do anything since the country laws..
