I did not read the conditions which come together with cjpro but I think you are allowed to use it for a "mp3 cj" as long as you dont remove headers, footers and the trade with bonzai's site which is his "payment" for the free script.
..many warez and mp3 cjs use cjpro btw

It is important to note that cjpro sends some hits from your site to my site, which is an adult cj site with adult content. It states in the terms you can only use the program on sites with adult content. An MP3 site with some adult pornographic content would be fine. My main concern is that sites with no adult content use the script, and the surfer gets directed to my site, which has adult content. I would hate for some kid looking for mp3 files to get redirected to a porn site, as I am sure you can understand. I don't think any serious adult cj webmaster would want that to happen, as in the end it reflects negatively on the cj industry as a whole.
