Question about hourly force

Having a small site with not so much traffic at the moment is it best to hourly force at least 1 hit to each of my trades or onl;y hourly force with a few of the more productive ones and let the others get whats left over? I hope this makes sense. Thanks!

just force around 20% of you hourly incoming hits and spread it over your most productive trades
