Cause it isn't on that site... but below the toplist you can find a link 'webmasters' and then you get 'submit your galleries'...

I have used this form but hadn't recieved any reply,although my gallery had been listed at panty-mania.com
That's why i have sent an e-mail yesterday at
webmaster@panty-mania.com
