paymentresource.com merchant account (via netbilling)

Hi,<br /><br />I heard about netbilling.com on AWI BBS and thought I'd give them a try. Some of you may recall my post about 2checkout.com ejecting web sites with adult content.<br /><br />Anyway, no problems with netbilling so far, but I am having a hell of a time getting a response from the company that they work with to provide a merchant account, paymentresource.com. I submitted a web query 10 days ago and have emailed 2 different reps since, and I've had no response from anyone.<br /><br />Does anyone have any tips on how to wake up these reps (swhite and bbeaty) or give me the email of another? I'm in Australia so phoning is difficult, but not impossible.<br /><br />Thanks for any tips (including "$250 per week of sales probably made them laugh and hit the delete key" <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" /> )<br /><br />Cheers.

I'm curious, do 2checkout.com have any connection with CCNow? It's quite a coincidence that both have recently dropped adult processing. I'm wondering what's happening behind the scenes, and whether they've been "encouraged" to make their decisions. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />

Never heard of CCnow, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's pressure from further up the line. 2checkout's gateway bank "made the decision for them"<br /><br />It could be the same bank, but I bet they're not the only ones who are starting to curl up at the toes WRT adult processing.<br /><br />I thought it was interesting they targeted my site, because it's not even marketed as porn. It archives (normal) webcams and maybe 10% of those show off their bits, nothing hard core. I guess any nudity is enough to scare the suits. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="confused.gif" /> <br /><br />Cheers.
