I submit galleries with blindlinks to get traffic to my site. Its better to link to my site or to my CJ outscript?

You can't directly link to your CJ outscript unless your galleries are hosted on the same domain as your CJ site. Your trades check your incoming hits by the referrer domain (unless they're using CJPro) which would be the domain the gallery is hosted on and not your CJ site.
