I am looking to hire someone to possibly be a partner or someone to consult me
I am an affiliate with some good paying adult sites but need to learn to get my links out there via TGP etc.
I am not sure what software to use and how to increase traffic.
I have content from my affiliates but I just need that final push to help me figure out what do next.
If possible contact me

Who are you pushing and are you running a site/tgp yourself?
I am getting ready to come back into the biz again, so your learning curve might coincide with mine as I get my feet wet again.
Before long you will be asking about freesites, hubs, trade scripts......LOL!
I see alot of me in you young Jedi:D

Best I can tell you is to find a domain that has been in circulation for awhile. Easier to get the PR up on those. Starting with a fresh domain name is a little harder.
You can shop around and hit the boards and usually can find somebody willing to part with something already on the map so to speak.
Always better to get a little help from someone with a little trade script experience that is wanting to sell a site and is offering up some support after the sale.
My advice if you go down that road would be to buy the site for one set price and work out a deal to pay for a little support once you have received it. A lot of good honest people in this biz but also a lot that will take the money and run.
Trial and error and learning from mistakes. It isn't easy but you have to eventually find what works for you.
My biggest problem when I first started was I wanted to only do big boobs and teen stuff. Way too played out already. Find what turns you on and when you go to market it, it will ring true to your target audience.
Niche, niche, niche! I don't care if it is Ebony midget hairy lesbian wrestling...if you learn the niche and present it well it will pay off for you.
