SPAM EMAIL

Hey,

Someone just sent out a spam email list to aol users using one of my domains (lovematch.com) as the return address.
He was advertising his site http://www.loveprofiles.com/in.php4?id=james69

Which he claims was a partner account (Which is bullshit) and he deleted that partner.


Any ideas on what I can sue this guy for. He wasted my time and damaged the reputation of my lovematch.com site.

I can trace the email back to his @home account.

Well, in this case your website might be blocked by AOL.

AOL is known to block the IP address of spammers, so that AOL users can not get to their website, you should check for this first.

Dont worry about it...from the look of his counter he only sent out 2 thousand or so e-mails

I'm not worried about aol blocking my website, they could tell the address is forged just by looking at the email.

This asshole just pissed my off.

I would like to smack him around and get my pound of flesh.
