in you virtual plan, is "25 Sub Domains" meaning "1.domain.com, 2.domain.com..."? and does each account come with it's own ip?

Yes thats correct those are subs we dont use shared IPs on domains but subs are not on unique IPs.

We dont do the 5 day free thing and new site is under development so its not been updated as of yet except on the billing side. Instead we are now giving 50GB free overage on any virtual plan for a limited time.

If you wont use near 60GB then i dont think we are sutable and others would better serve your needs. If i would reccomend anyone myself it would be ISPrime, Quality, or Hosthead for lower use packages.

I know all these guys and although now my competetors :) they are good folks in my book.

As for your ? sasush i think this was answered already by me on ICQ and i dont think many hosts would risk lawsuits or jail terms for a few hundred bucks you might make them.
