what is the proper way to frame a site with ucj iv....

where does the ucj code go and where to put the exit console and so forth

I don't know for sure, but I would guess the code goes in your index.html above your frameset code and the exit console goes in one of your frames.

ucj code goes to index.shtml, which for example calls main.html and top.html

main.html > Your mainpage with counter on.
top.html > Put enter/exit popups in here.
