I might also mention that if you purchased package deals from me before, dont worry about duplicates. This is a new deal with none of my previously sold content.

It is illegal for you to charge a fee for someone using a credit card. It's very clearly stated in your merchant agreement. All anyone has to do is report it and you'll be on the TMF faster than you can sell overused content.

Alright, didnt realise that. Im not in the US. Fuck the fee.
It's not just in the USA, Visa International, MC International, etc. all enforce this.
You also can't say "no credit cards unless you spend $10" as so many business do.
I remember when I bought my first "big" computer back in 1995 ($290 for a 1 gig harddrive!!) and they tried to charge me a 5% fee for using Amex. I argued that they could not do that, and they said no matter what card I used, there would be a fee. When the bill came in I called Amex and the fee was removed and they were reprimanded. When I bought some more computer equipment again they charged me the additional surcharge, and again I reported it.
They lost their credit card processing.
