click-through program suggestion needed

i have never used any program ever.
i'd like to start.
could you suggest some, preferrably niche oriented, but no necessary.

my priorities are:
-pays consistently
-no bullshit/lying/games
-pays being higher than most would be nice

9 niche gateways to send traffic to. Not to mention they don't discard clicks just

go with amateurpages if you wish.. just have ot be careful cause if there is one single trace of under 18 or child porn on your site you wont be paid thats all and because people have broken that rule in such a small way they keep on crying, ive always received my money from amateurpages... altought for clicks I would suggest checking out babylon-x.com they are pretty good too and nice converting banners.....

If you can follow the rules, you will be fine with Amateur Pages. They pay 4 cents per click, no conversions, or 6 cents if you stay below 1:800.

Another one for you is GammaCash (http://cgi.gammae.com/go.cgi?77181+gammacash). They pay 4 to 5 cents per click, but you need to maintain a certain conversion. (not sure what the ratio is)
