Neo is right, for hardcore movies, you can practically leech whatever you want. Freebigmovies has no rights over any of his movies, nor do any of the hardcore sites, including my own.

As for softcore content, erotic4u and nudecelebritymovies can't do ANYTHING if you use their movies cuz they got no rights on them either. The most they can do is ask you to remove them but they can't sue you.
But if you DO post erotic4u movies, you'll be helping them advertise their site anyways cuz they got their URL in all their movies.

The only content you'd need to worry about is playboy vids....stay away from those.

Go steal some warez and don't quote laws you know nothing about.

If you don't own a licence to display ANY pics or movies then you are breaking the law. There may be sponsers that will provide you with free mpeg's and this would be cool. (Though I don't know of any sorry bean. There are places that will licence some mpeg's to you for a price though I also don't know any offhand.)

You warez (obviously) guys may claim it's public domain but 99% of the time that just is not true. (No such thing as public domain. Every REAL webmaster knows this) Someone owns the rights and you are ripping them off. (And they are trying to make a living too. Howd you like getting your living stolen)

Whether they can/will do anything about it isn't the point. It's still stealing.
And I hope you get busted too if you do this.

Real webmasters pay thier own way. Warez guys are convinced that everything they can steal is there just for them. Instead of just making up your own rules LEARN the rules/law or just go back to your warez.

I know that zipcontent, web-legal and Lace all have video and mpegs for license - I'm almost sure that aacontent also have ... almost.

for content, only thing I see that is safer not to have liscence is celeb content, but there's a big debate arround it... went to see lawyers and all, and they don't really know for sure...

You know that little quote people put at the bottom of there site that says this content is assumed to be public domaign well it doesnt work My content site has personally sued several people and that little quote will not keep you out of trouble

and stealing images from a site that stole them wont keep you out of trouble either.

Content is not public domaign none of it! there is no such thing even all these images of famous people the photographer owns the rights to them unless he sells the image to a magazine or whatever then that company or person owns the rights hell its not worth the thousands of dollars that can be sued out of you when you can buy 50 images for less than 20 dollars these days.

oh yeah spend a few dollars at www.ounique.com (http://www.ounique.com) and you should actually make the money spend back ten fold.

I've found that investing in good new content raise your signup ratio quite a bit and help you get listed higher at TGP's and Link Lists http://adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif money well spent is always good when checking your signup stats hehe!
