Why would you need tourpages in russian? I'll be surprised if you sell something to a russian surfer. Even $30/month is a little bit expensive for those who earning $30-$60/month on a regular job.

Well one thing is for sure if they can't read what the ad says it won't convert for sure.

Fact is that on freehosting they face shutting down from those servers all together.

I'm looking for solutions to keep freehosting open for webmasters from those countries, but unless the conversion from those countries goes up it won't look good.
