Well so actually you say: CJ-webmasters (or most of them) are bad webmasters.
If you believed the Java-stuff every CJ site was using was 'bad' you should have told that BEFORE every site had this stuff up and using your sponsor. But no, Ben even told me it was ok as I asked him 2 times. If you thought this Java-stuff would influence your rebilling ratio you should have said so. The only thing I heard was: 'Don't use the word winner, win and so on'.

Now telling the traffic has been shitty and that the webmasters are responsible themselves is bad business practice.

If you had said that after realising that nearly every CJ site had been using that java stuff (and you MUST have realised it!) nobody would feel being screwed over now.

Btw a little addition to the stats page so that the webmasters could have seen their cancellation rate would have been GREATLY appreciated. Now, most of them convinced in you and got hit by 1.) the surprising low amount of their checks from you and 2.) by their hosting bills which weren't covered by 1.) in the most cases.

You know why I do not show every day the ratio's because, "some" webmasters will screw me over with "balancing" their traffic...(I might be a crazy Bitch - but, I am certainly not a stupid B***)

Happy webmasters?? Im gald i only sent traffic to you for a little bit i did not loose as much money as other people. When my stats get cut by 75% without warning do you expect me to be happy?? When i follow the rules i expect to get paid CE might have kicked me out of a few programs but i allways got what i earned to that day they even gave me 2 days before they closed my account. What makes you think it is the traffic that is shit???

Maybe the reason you got so many chargebacks is the site sucks and can't convert.

The people that sent traffic got the surfer to the site and sign-up - that is our job, Amsterdamcash needs to do a better job keeping the member.

I mean we never used any WIN word or something like that. We just used the java and told people the SAME you told on signup page FREE 3 day Trial!

And you have to agree that every Webmaster used it because everybody is in here to make MONEY after all....

Well, the one where you

is a pretty easy one. The first group did get paid full, the second group was only sent 25%.

Now lets come to chargebacks.
Check my Account for the month of may (05/16 - 06/15): 00990

My chargeback ratio have been about 1%, slightly higher, pretty much standard, and within you NEW rules. So I dont have a problem here.


Trial to first billing conversion:
Here is where the shit hit the fan Claudia.
Check it out. I have about 39% of my trials converted to billed memberships.
That is pretty much industry standard. Correct me if I am wrong.

Now lets take a look at the totals.
My stats say $5300 for that payperiod.
The wire Amsterdamcash sent out was $1300.


Thats the penalty for not maintaining a 50% conversion ratio from trial to paid membership.

So I failed your goal (50%) by 11% and you cut my wire by 75% total.

And this all happened without letting me know in advance. And I am 100% sure the rules have not been in place when I signed up with amsterdamcash in mid of may.

Seems like you added now the stats that would have been usefull back then.

But you know what? All the upsale stats (private shows, etc) disappeared.

I will tell you something:
You are running in some serious problems here.
You signup webmasters letting them believe they get paid a FLAT per FREE SIGNUP. You "hide" the fact that you pay on "active members" in your terms. You just take the new rules and make them retro-active for older webmasters.

Even a "good webmaster" with "good traffic" (your words) is not able to convert 50% trials over a long term period.

Lets say good Webmaster A has a 51% conversion in the first month with amsterdam cash. He is happy, yes, he is.
Next month our good webmaster gets a 45% conversion. He gets a 30-40% of what he supposed to earn. At that moment he gets pissed, really pissed.

Now tenfold good webmaster A. 10 of good webmasters A hitting the board pretty much pissed.

Can you imagine the exposure amsterdamcash gets on the boards with hundreds of pissed webmasters?


For a reason I got paid a month earlier than most people here. And I have known the discussion would come up sooner or later here. And I know sooner or later this discussion will become active on more and more wm boards.

I hope you will find the time to take care of them all.
