Friendliest Land for Adult Webmasters

since the stuff with Thomas from AS I am really thinking about which will be the best land to live for Adult Webmasters.

So where do they have less rules (I am not talking about copyright infringment) I am talking where the most stuff is allowed.

f.e. I come from Europe and hi hi normally its not allowed to have a ANY site running whitch is not AVS protectet

so whats your opinion about it

I live in Croatia but I’m in Belgrade quite often (got company’s apartment, car and net account there) and the things aren’t so shiny as you said. We’re both banned from many important sponsor programs, web hosts aren’t capable of handling large traffic and anything better then 56k dial-up connection is very hard to find. So at this moment I only do free sites and free-hosted tgps and you probably do the same.

Actually there ARE copyright rules in both countries (ask and you’ll see) and any company in the world could find us through Interpol and sue us if it’s needed. I noticed that many illegal CD shops in Belgrade were closed recently, same happened in Zagreb a few years ago and believe or not it’s very good as there will be more adult webmaster and companies willing to work with us which is very important if you plan to earn some serious money. Yes, no one ask for paying taxes on this kind of revenue yet which is good but might change soon too.

The best looking women aren’t those in Belgrade or Zagreb but in Budapest :)

If you a have a valid credit card or if you can pay by wire, you can get hosted in the USA.
There are some good sponsors out there that accept Croatian webmasters, you just have to look some more!

Hey Jet Set tell me when did you last time heard that someone was arrested in Serbia becouse he didnt have copyrights on pics!If you look at any magazine sellers shop you will se lots of Erotic/Porno magazines with famous babes on them!!!!In regular newspapers you can find also pics with famous chicks in it(You can bet that no one have licence to do that)
I dont know situation in Hrvatska but I know that we in Serbia have ADSL lines(if you pay about $40 a month plus modem for ADSL $300)also if you have enough money you can buy sattelite internet(about $450)
Its true that you cant have good host here(but you can buy it in USA or Holland...)
The only problem in Serbia is how to send money(there is official rule that we can receive money by wire transfer,western union,cheques but we cant send money from here(you must have I dont know how to say on english but on Serbian is profaktura) so we must go to Segedin(200 km from Belgrade) to send money!!!On the end there is problem to have American Express personal card:you must have deposite $5000 + you must have $35 000 per year of income!!!And on the end the best looking girls are Serbians but hottest in bed are Hungarian girls :)))

I wish ALL countries shut adult pages behind any (free, paid , whatsover) AVS. The main problem with tgps, cj2s sites is that a lot of their visitors have NO CC, and a lot of them are under 18 years of age. These are the REAL bookmarkers.
I tried several times to get German visitors to my pages but with little success because of that "Hamburg" rule.
What about .de AVS systems ? Do they allow foreign webmasters to join them ? If there is ANY good .de adult www resource site (can be in deutsch, no problem with that for me), could you post a URL ?
I think the best combination is to live anywhere in continental Europe (because of legal system), and host overseas (because of costs). If you observe the law, which is not so hard in Europe, you should be fine.

hosts - my freind comes from croatia and he has there a pay host, I think he pays 25 USD and I tell you this one is better than mine in the US. the prob is that they only allow croatian citizen - this was the first time I wish to be one :D
copyright - I believe it´s important to have licensed material cause the people which don´t have (I know several) destroy all the adult entertainment biz.
sending money - never heard about this problem have you tried Pay Pal ?
