Directnic and spam

Does anyone know if Directnic sells the emails in their contact db? I've been getting a lot of spam to my directnic address lately, and I assumed that they've been harvesting it from whois, but it's come to me that perhaps they are buying it from Directnic.. Anyone have any experience with this?
