Lets say for example you are not responsible for this big fraud. I am not saying you are or aren't. I think what most webmasters who are patiently waiting are wanting to know...Where do we go from here?

Instead of all these threads against sudam and every other person trying to threaten to kill you and calling you names :) why don't we talk about what is being done to solve this.

You say GIB is being cool and is eating the cost to pay all the webmasters...When is this gonna take place?

Lets have a real conversation in this thread and none of the name calling bs that every other similar thread has had.

What do you think? Mind sheding light on what you guys are doing and when webmasters should expect some action?

well i don't know much but GIB answered my email and they said the money gets first transfered to VIPDIALER and then to customers. wich is true as you know. they said a guy called tyler took 25k$ thats why some VIPDIALER cheques bounced (mine too :-( ) now they pay directly but the money before sept10 is what VIPDIALER owes us..
thats the facts but i dont know anything new about ********** situation :-(

Hmm. My checks for June, second period of July and first period of August were just cleared. I was surprised myself because even Snow admitted when I talked to him that these checks will probably bounce.
But I'm not complaining :-) Just wanted to let you know... However I still miss checks for August 15-30 and September 1-10

I have no complaints on GIB as I've always gotten paid by them. Maybe you guys should not have worked through a re-seller. my 2 1/2 years of doing business with them has been solid.

Live and learn - there is no need to work through a middle man or two. I still don't understand why anyone in the world would go through a re-seller. It's your money - why let is pass through more hands before it gets to you?

I never worked with VIP so I always got paid direct from GIB. It's that simple guys.

Imagine if XYZ company runs a Partnership program and pays there webmasters directly then XYZ desides to Screw there webmasters, Should Ibill or there other Billing company be blamed. of course not.

I think everyone should lay the blame on the person that ran off with the cash. From what i hear GIB is making an attemp to resolve this Issue. I do hope you are paid every cent of your Earnings. You guys work hard and deserve to be Paid!!!

I'm owed 32k and havent seen a dime since june.The bottom line is Gib is trying to solve this..They dont have any of the payout info from smutcash,it's a fucking mess.. There will be a lawsuit if vipdialer doesnt pay up..

I ran vipdialer completely except for payouts..When a guy comes to me like due or dan and says hey snow have the checks been sent?? I call office and ask HEY I HAVE A GUY who needs to know if his money is sent..OFFICE replies yes they have been sent..Now i get on and say yes due or dan money is sent...I DID MY FUCKING JOB,If the person on the other end was lying thats not my fault..

Apparently Smutcash was using a processor like epoch who fucked him over,We think they used the vipdialer money to pay smucash webmasters..When epoch pays him thats when i guess he will pay us.. I never said it was fair and I'm not trying to justify for smutcash,But this is the reson this happened.. He didnt Blatently run off with our cash he used it to bail out the other problem...

I don't know how long it will take for Gib to go over all this..

I don't know when tyler can come up with the rest of the cash?

But i do kow that i have come to a conclusion for the reason behind the money not showing up..HE DID NOT intend to fuck anyone,hes just trying to keep the other afloat and again i didnt say it was the right thing to do,but i am saying thats why this happened...

What business is that of "VIP Dialer Webmasters"?

They signed up for VIP Dialer (in the knowledge that it was an independent dialer reseller using XXXXX for content - not smutcash, buts its only fair not to mention the content company in such allegations.

As far as many webmasters are concerned, you MISLEAD them, on numerous occasions.

In light of the above, do you still believe that you had NOTHING to do with the payment problems?

Further more, do you agree that you are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any of these payment problems?

Those are my thoughts/opinions. I know if my partner did a runner with our businesses' money, our company would accept all responsibility for the problems - as that is what a "partnership"/Business is all about.

porsche, to me what snow said sounded more like REASONS why tyler did this, not excuses in any way.... there's never any good excuses when people are owed money... it's a vicious circle where everyone gets blamed..

GIB is the big company.
Tyler is the guy who makes the payments.
Snow is the Contact guy of Vip Dialer, the one guy people reffer to for Vip Dialers.
Then there's the webmaster, say Me (I don't do dialers, but for the sake of the example)
then there's my Cel Company, my Bank , my ISP, etc..

so, in this, Tyler is the bad apple from what we hear... but the company he pays for is VIP DIaler, both run wit GIB goods, and run by Snow..

so it all gets put in the same basket as THE PROBLEM from the webmaster point of view..

then there's Me... I don't have the cash, so I can't pay... then My bank, my ISP, etc... will look towards me like a bad guy..

it affects everyone in here, regardless of who's at cause...
