I´ve bought a script but they don´t send it and they don´t reply on emails.....

I was having problems with one of their scripts on blindcrap.com and while we where in the middle of a "e-mail support dialog" they suddently stopped answering me.
Last thing happend was I gave them a E-mail to log into FTP to see if they could fix it and have not heard from them since. And also gave up.
It is a few months ago now
