rotating scripts

Does anyone has a simple script to rotate some text with a couple urls in it. I'm not looking for something that tracks clicks or anything like. Just one that does rotating. http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif

While I am asking about rotating scripts anyway, how about a simple one for rotating banners.
