Exit Program that is not a chain?

Hello,

Im looking for an Pay per Raw Exit program...that does not open the console into a chain of never ending window.

Is there such a program that will open to one sponsor...and if the surfer decides to close it...he does not get bombarded with more windows?

Does such a program exist...Im pretty ignorant about exit brokers and what not.

Im a clean-NON-CJ site...so I dont use any chains in my exit console. Just one windwow.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
