When I want dialer to connect to my membership area, what do I need to provide to dialer companies? (password, somekind of access etc..... ???)

btw, payout rates are same if I use this kind of dialer ?

It is pretty easy ... you simply need to give us the URL to your members area and you will get an IP range which needs to be added to your htaccess. That's it. And if you like you can use your own customized banner and icon for the dialer.

Allow your dialer end users access from our networks -
194.97.59.0/24, 195.8.107.0/24, 195.152.176.0/24, 195.242.60.0/24,
202.139.84.0/25, 210.176.142.64/26 & 216.20.193.0/25 to the webmasters
existing content area without the necessity for any security - user name,
password, etc.

Prepare points of distribution for the dialer software on the
webmaster's sites, at the Point of Purchase.

Statistics for results will be available to the webmasters in real
time. Through our web site, the webmaster will enter their user name and
password to see their vipdialer results: calls, minutes, hold times and
revenue.

In order for your end users to access your protected
membership/premium content using the dialer system, some web server
configuration is required on your end. The purpose of this configuration is
to allow users on the vipdialer network to access the normally passworded
areas of your site(s) without a password. These instructions are intended
for the network or system administrator responsible for web server
configuration.

All vipdialer network users can be identified by their IP address.
Currently, vipdialer network users will have an IP address inside one of
the following networks:

194.97.59.0/24 (255.255.255.0)
195.8.107.0/24 (255.255.255.0)
195.152.176.0/24 (255.255.255.0)
195.242.60.0/24 (255.255.255.0)
202.139.84.0/25 (255.255.255.128)
210.176.142.64/26 (255.255.255.192)
216.20.193.0/25 (255.255.255.128)

Please note that more networks may be added in the future. You will be
notified beforehand so that you may update your configuration.

You must configure your web server to allow access from the
chargitDIAL networks to the 'protected' area(s) of your choice without a
password, while still requiring a password for normal (non-vipdialer)
users. The specific method for accomplishing this varies depending on the
web server software your site runs on. An example configuration for Apache
1.3.9 and higher is included at the end of this document. If you are using
Microsoft IIS, make sure you are running the latest version and have all
patches installed.

If you are not using browser-based authentication and are using
something CGI based, you'll need to have your code checked against the
environment variable REMOTE_ADDR, and *not* HTTP_REFERER.

If you have any problems or questions, or if you'd like to test your
configuration, please e-mail info@chargit.com. When your configuration is
complete, please notify us of the exact URL you have opened up so we can
point your dialer directly at it. If at any time you wish to change the
location your chargitDIAL users are pointed at, we can make the change
retroactively - all dialers already distributed will automatically point at
the new location once it is updated in our database.

Apache 1.3.9+ instructions

The following directives must be placed directly below the line(s)
'require valid-user' for the areas you wish to open up in your access.conf
or .htacess files.

Satisfy any
order deny,allow
deny from all
allow from 194.97.59.0/24
allow from 195.8.107.0/24
allow from 195.152.176.0/24
allow from 195.242.60.0/24
allow from 202.139.84.0/25
allow from 210.176.142.64/26
allow from 216.20.193.0/25

After the above set up has been completed, Vipdialer will need to
know the exact URL you would like to have us point your traffic at once you
have set up the "backdoor" to your membership area. (Hi eddie)

Unless you can generate some serious mins, then it won't help going to the top. Use the resellers, they can probaly offer you more.
