How is it possible to send zero clicks in one hour yet have 22 clicks? Seems strange to me..

Someone entered your site more than 1 hour ago then he has to leave (or he clicks like mad on the other site) then after 1 hour he come back and start clicking on your site.
The site sended that surfer will get credit but since it is more than 1 hour ago he sended that surfer he got 0 hits in
