Good SE submitter?

Anyone know where a good SE spammer can be found?
must meet the following criteria:

1. preferably makes the cloaked pages, if
not must accept urls to be submited from a .txt file. also would be nice if it searches a specified directory for and submits all the files within it.
2. preferably under $1000
3. must run via crontab. hands-off...

I dont think most spammers do well on the SEs
all the big guys i know do it by hand and its via volume. i know a guy making 100k off se a month but then again he has 250 urls with 10 sub domains a piece...
i think like in real life, hard work is the key
