Hey guys!
I need a little advice!
My site is hosted at westmaster.com
I paid for a 3 months account, october, november and december!
They got my money and mailed me some days ago, that I did not paid them for these months! I allready sent them wire confirmation but they ignorred it for some hours! After some emails they confirmed it and opened the account again!
I had several conjob problems and other downtimes with them and want to change my host! I asked them about sending details about changing nameserver and make the transfer to the new host. They ignorred all my emails till now.
Please help and tell me what I can do. I never switched a domain to a new server before. I am a newbie in this area!
What can I do to get my site moved if the old host doesn't wants this? Am I able to get my money for december (125$) back?
Please help!

Westmaster sucks!!! My first adult site was hosted with them. Stay away.
Always register your own domain names so you can easily change nameservers without relying on the host! Godaddy.com is what I use, and takes one minute to change nameserver.

with Directnic.com, you can change your name nameserver in less than one minute. here is what you need to do, go to http://www.directnic.com (here should be a refer code :)) register and open an account, log into your account and click "Domain Transfers" and follow the instrctions to transfer your domain(s) to them (you need pay at least one year registrstion fee $15 to do this), then they will send you a mail to you eamil address to confirm the transfer, upon receive you conformation, they will do the rest and after couple of days, you domain(s) will transfered to dorectnic.com, go to your account again, you can change you domain's nameserver to whatever you want, so you may switch you hosting to whereever you like :)

Good deal! I knew there had to be a way instead of the hosting company holding your domain hostage!

you are being held hostage by:
admin-c: webmaster@westmaster.com#0
tech-c: webmaster@westmaster.com#0
billing-c: webmaster@westmaster.com#0
UNLESS they approve the transfer... you are shit outta luck.

Actually you should contact joker.com since you are the owner on the domain and ask them to change the emails. Joker has a web interface you should be able to use to change these as well. Joker is usually pretty good with this sort of thing.

poor SeroZ ;)
yes like hickmant said, contact joker.com to change all the
admin-c:webmaster@westmaster.com
tech-c: webmaster@westmaster.com
billing-c: webmaster@westmaster.com
to
admin-c: you@you.com
tech-c: you@you.com
billing-c: you@you.com
and next time don't let someone else register you domain so you will have more contral over you domain and hosting.
