Good Luck - I have been contacting them for over 3 weeks to get support. Mike offers the worst support I've ever seen. They only answer when you want to buy something!

You sure that he's a she... or is she a he? Im a little confused now about who's a he and who's a she.
People from who i thougt they where a she seems to be a he, and vice versa...

Dont say someone did'nt tell you that they have the worst support in the business and will only answer if you wanna buy something. After that you are all on your own with them.

And from the sound of things they dont even answer these days when you wanna buy something.
