Intergal premium offer has two sites left with free trials. They convert fairly well. the address is intergal.com. Just Fetish and Just Hardcore are the only two sites that still have free trials.

I think the problem with free trial paysites is, they get too many chargebacks and stuff, cant handle it and stop giving it away for free after a while....

There used to be lots, signups have sucked ever since Kara and now CE did away with freebies (too much fraud). I recently found three, haven't tried them yet so can't give any stats:

They probably shave, 80% of the people who buy those free trials cancel them

I have no doubt they do. To tell you the truth, I usually make more money with my paid trial sponsors.
