About getting fresh traffic inside the circle

What is the minimum percent accepted for a cj site for bringing "fresh"site into to circle ?
Having links with nonscript sites, with content sites is a must for all of us, but, question still remains.
5% from total traffic? 10% ? 20% ? 30% ?
What do you think ?
I know some sites are getting 0% http://adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/frown.gif, and some are around 50%
0% is very bad , trade is unacceptable in this conditions
BUT , when the trade become acceptable ?

Why all that stuff about fresh traffic? Dont bring down these content sites by telling them good stories!
Make a content site of your CJ site if you want more signups.
