Help!! My cookoies running way high!

My cookies´ratio on my site , (running UCJ-C 4) are very high, right now you need 1.01 to get in the top 10 outgoing list..... That can,t be normal i guess?? Anyone know whats wrong??

mine is at 1.15 on one of my sites and has always been around there so I guess its normal
