Traffic Bickering - oh no, i meant Brokering, has raised its ugly head again.

Ok, two scenarios.

1) Steve/George are the same person

2) They are not.

The evidence that people are providing would seems to be behind #1.

But come on guys - if Steve has changed his name can you really blame him?

A few weeks ago, some guy posted a topic that steve had not paid him - that bloke and lots of others were paid by Steve.

Its a basic fucking business strategy, if you have a bad image, you re-brand. We sell exit traffic to keelebay (among others), and they have never missed a payment to date - something Brian cannot boast, and i doubt many exit brokers can. I am not saying that they will never encoounter problems though.

Due to the nature of the industry, if the people who pay the broker dont pay them, how can he pay the webmasters?

There is the ethical/moral point that you shouldnt really go around blagging people that you are someone you are not (well, if you are going to do it, you should make sure no-one will catch you.. http://adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif), and i agree that it is wrong to do so - but at the end of the day if i am getting paid i am happy.

-----------------------------------------

The title of this post says it all.

Brian, mate, why the fuck are you here shit stirring again? "lets call up his host and get him shutdown.." What a wank.

That post started as an informative one, not the witch hunt that it is becoming AGAIN.

I urge the webmasters out there to recognise a smear campaign when you see one, and to make up your own minds about who to sell traffic to.

--------------------------------

Spoke to Crysty on ICQ about the other post. Apparently Brian buys traffic from Exitmoney. He is also going around to the webmasters who are on exitmoney and trying to make them switch to his program.

?

I dont see a problem with that at all. I mean, competition is an excellent thing. If people are leaving Exitmoney for Brian then there must be a reason (higher rates/regular cheques/etc etc), or visa-versa.

I would really like to see the arguments with the brokers stop once and for all.

-------------------------------------------

I did a really cool thing today, i looked at all the posts to this board (dating back to september). It was really informative.

For eg, http://adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/000029.html

It always has been, and always will be the scurdge of the CJ site.

Enjoy Easter,

Richard.

1. i think its a good think i have the balls to speak out on cheaters and to be the only broker to try to help out everyone by setting up some rules.
2. who is cynthia? i stopped buying traffic from antonp/exitmoney.com/blidest.com
because his raw/unique ratio was less than 10%...average is around 45-50%

41313171 Crysty - made a post about you earlier?

And i salute you sir, for enforcing the rules for people on your traffic program.

I just dont like the whole slagging each other off stuff that is happening between the brokers. See, its hard for me because we we never cheated by Steve, or with Keelebay - so in my opinion they are both perfectly legitimate sponsors, as indeed you are too.

Richard.

Mr Brian,

We have been with you for over a month and our ratio was always excellent. There has been a mistake and it took a dive for only few days. But you already know that.

Good Day Everyone

you know, I have a bad memory and I don't really follow this board all that much but isn't richard the same shill that swore he was paid by steve when everyone else was getting fucked. If so, I guess its no surprize that he would be here shilling for ste..... er, I mean george.

what is a shill?

12clicks - i swore i was getting paid, and so did my bank manager - funny that isnt it?

Why have a go at me because i stick up for a sponsor, who has always treated us with respect that we deserve, and who has paid us?

I get paid by Steve, and i get paid by Keelebayltd - if someone came to me asking for an exit sponsor, i would not hesitate to reccomend them to either of the ones we use.
--------------------------------------------

My advice to anyone making a deal with a sponsor is to get a formal contract set up - one that you could sue the sponsor if they screw you.

a site with 30k/day can turnover $30,000 over a year from exit traffic alone. If you have a good relationship with the sponsors, like they are you friends or something, then thats cool i guess, but for that amount of $ perhaps setting up a proper contract would be a very viable option?

So 12clicks, re: you post, i dont see how you can slag me off for backing up my sponsor who has always paid me?

Richard.

I'll tell you why richard.
It's because you support steve the thief. its obvious to even a blind man that he doesn't pay. yet you choose to tell everyone he's great. you do a disservice to every webmaster on this board.

Steve the thief?

sorry 12Clicks mate, we have got our wires crossed.

I am talking about another Steve - the guy who has paid us on time everytime for the last 4 months.

The guy who offers the highest payout obviously has the thinnest profit margin. There's a HUGE difference between $.003 and $.005. So if a sponsor buyer is late with the payment, then Broker $.005 may be late with his own payments. If two or three sponsor buyers are very late, Mr $.005 has to decide whom to pay presto and whom to pay late. If he is still short two weeks later he is in very deep shit even if he really wants to pay everybody.

There is a fundamental economic principle: the higher the potential gain, the higher the risk. I am VERY glad to see this discussion, thanks to all. It is not inappropriate to post when you aren't getting paid, even though some others do get paid. The news reminds me not to be too greedy...

BEFORE you sign up more and more webmasters, you should check out if the volume can be sold and if the money arrives BEFORE you have to pay the webmasters.
That's our way of doing business. I'd like to see a negative post about us on this board... Oh.. nothing ? Well, seems like it works good for us and the webmasters.

Just my 0,19999 cents

I love being right. when people take my advice, things usually work out for the best.
