help on productivity

Hello, i am new at this and i am having a hard time getting good over all productivity out of my site... I am not sure if its the sites i am linking to or if its the layout of my site... Please if anyone could make some suggestions or comments it would be greatly appriciated.

the first thing I noticed was that your site took 20 seconds to fully load. That is the number 1 reason why your prod is low. The second reason is because you have so much advertising, which is okay, but when they click on your advertisers links, it doesn't count for your site's productivity.

Either decompress your images, or use text links to advertise your sponsors. Your gallery text outline looks fine, but only consumes a small amount of the page.

Also, you can't trade with so many sites. Maybe try to make your site more niche, or trade with sites that aren't of a completely different niche from your site.

when i first started the site i wasnt sure on what to do so i got auto gallery and went at it , well i noticed know that most people set there site up so that everylink goes threw there script, and the set it up so that 70% goes to a gallery and 30% goes to a link, the way i did it was auto gallery puts in a link to a trade every third one, it actually writes the code in place (goes to out.php) instead of having my scipt do it, would this make a difference, as well??

ok, why would it make a difference? and how do i set it up, not sure how the ultra cj scipt is suppost to know what link in the auto gallery it is suppost to go to?? I know how to set up the url out.php?link= etc.... but not sure on how it know what the link gallery is?

k, i just wasnt thinking on how to do this, i have just done it and it works ok. Anyone else with any suggestions about the site and how to get more productivity please help me out. I have made alot of the graphics smaller so the site should be loading faster, but again if anyone could add there piece please do.
